Superb!!! This restaurant exceeded all our expectations! We ordered from the appetizer menu as we were eating late. Food was absolutely delicious and so fresh! We ordered margaritas-also delicious! Service was outstanding! The owner came to our table to chat with us about food options as I have celiac disease and have to eat gluten free! He was extremely reassuring that my food would be safe for me to eat! And it was absolutely delicious The atmosphere was relaxed and I just loved the decor! Will be returning here again later this week! I’m hoping I can order Mexican flan

We had dinner last night and Edwardo was our main server. He was very nice and helpful. All of the staff were great. I had the Itamar Experience- chef’s 6 course meal. It was excellent- multiple different flavors. The portions were generous so I had to pace myself. My sister-in-law had the Sea Bass with butter and it was excellent. She drank two Old Town mocktails which she loved. My wife had the sea bass fish tacos which were also excellent. There were only a handful of customers and it should be packed. We highly recommend this restaurant. Taxi was 200 pesos, about 10, from the marina and took about 30 minutes. Prices were very reasonable. You must put this on your list of restaurants to visit.

Excellent restaurant serving dishes made with local ingredients and based on the Mexican tradition, respectfully revisited with a few influences from Italian and Japanese cuisine. Seafood and fish are really good, prepared with care and proud; tasting menu and cocktail/wine pairing are highly recommended.

Had an AMAZING night of great food and service ! Our waiter John was OUTSTANDING and the food was superb ! Popcorn shrimp and flueatas fo appetizers were incredible and the main course Mahi Mahi was cooked to perfection . A must visit when in PV.

I'm vegetarian and asked if they could make me a veggie taco, and they DELIVERED. LITERALLY one of the BEST vegetarian tacos I have EVER had. Fresh pico de Gallo, sauteed onions and green peppers, with their spicy green sauce. The drinks are also REALLY good but they will sneak up on you. My waiter's name was Edgar, and he was the sweetest and was so accommodating. They are a fish based restaurant so the fact that they can deliver vegetarian based dishes on request was impressive. This will be my new spot in Puerto Vallarta for sure!

We walked past here and went back the next night for dinner. It is now easily one of my favorite restaurants I’ve ever been to. The service was top notch with a nice and welcoming atmosphere. The food is incredible, we had the large tuna tostada, cold shrimp cocktail and the steak burrito with salad. Shared between 2 people and it was enough for us. We did have the churro dessert as well. I found everything to be very well priced and left feeling full, happy and like we got good value for money. The food was so delicious I’d like to go back everyday if I could! The servers and owners were very helpful and friendly, they should be very proud of what they’ve built!

The food here was incredible! Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection! Loved the fresh pasta with shrimp. Also, kid friendly! The servers were so kind and gave our 15 mo old a highchair, tied a napkin around him for a bib, and brought him a water in a kids cup!

My husband and I ate here on the last night of trip - and regretted we didn’t come here sooner. My husband’s favorite dishes of the entire trip were here, especially the Mussels Snack and the Fish Empanadas. I also loved the oysters and fish taco and the ceviche. Service start to finish was excellent, including the welcome and conversation with the owner Omar. Prices were more than fair for the excellent quality of food and you can tell staff members are passionate about the food as well. We split 5 appetizer size plates and were stuffed, plus an alcoholic drink each, and total came to 85. Skip the beach restaurants and check out Itamar
